- March 12, 2007 - REACT International, Inc., a non-profit, all volunteer, international emergency communications organization headquartereded near Washington, DC, selected Digital Fortress as its provider for off-site data backup services, etc. Board Chair John Knott commented "With our members frequently being the first responders in a disaster, it only makes sense that we take steps to safeguard our own computerized membership databases and financial records." - September 26, 2006 - Digital Fortress announced implementation of Continuous Data Protection. In addition to our ability to provide what the industry refers to as a "Bare Metal Restore", we now have the ability to designate directories or specific files to be kept backed up anytime a change is detected, rather than waiting for a daily schedule.
